Summer 1 - 2023
We have started this half term by thinking about the Artist Henri Rousseau and learning all about the rainforest and jungle animals. We worked together to crate a piece of art that represents the rainforest.
We can’t wait to show you the art piece once it is finished.
this half term we also have celebrated the kings coronation. We were very lucky for King Charles to come and visit us at school and have our photograph with him. We learnt all about a coronation and what that means. We also took part in a whole school coronation concert where we performed ‘I just can’t wait to be king’ in front of the whole school.
in Forest school so far we have been worm hunting, to see who can find as many works and looking at them through a magnifying glass. We have also worked together to make a natural material crown.
