Primary Schools Tennis Competition on Tuesday 27th March @ EDA
Please can you give consent for your child to attend the Primary Schools Tennis Competition on Tuesday 27th March @ EDA in Chasetown. The competition will start at 4.00 pm and will end at 5.30 pm. We ask if you can collect your child at normal time and transport them to this event and also take them home after the competition. Children will be asked to wear their own PE kit for the event. All after school clubs will start week commencing 11th September and will run for 5 weeks, 3.30-4.30pm. Letters will be available from the office on the first day back and payment can be made via parent pay on Monday 4th September. It will be on a first come first served basis.

Sport Ambassadors at Holly Grove helps to build the leadership skills of young people and as a result they are then empowered to encourage their inactive peers to become more engaged in sport.
The expectation for every Sport Ambassador is to:
- Be the youth voice for PE and school sport in their school and community
- Promote the positive values of sport
- Be a role model and champion for PE and school sport
- Increase participation opportunities and healthy lifestyles for everyone
Sport Ambassadors work on both the KS1 and KS2 playground and help keep children active during lunchtimes, thinking of new physical games to play and helping to build upon friendships amongst peers.
