You may also collect a paper copy of the booking form from the carousel inside the school main entrance or by request from a member of the Holly Berries team during club hours.

Important changes effective from February 2021
Please return your February booking form by 27th January 2021 directly to a member of Holly Berries or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note change in opening times during lockdown as of February 2021
Holly Berries is open from 7.30am until 8.55am in the morning. Then after school from 3.30pm until 6pm close. In the morning including in the cost is breakfast and after school snacks and drinks are also included. We also offer a hot meal if you require this after school. Holly Berries is based in the school hall, so parents drop off at the hall door and pick up from here as well.
Below are the booking forms and booking conditions.
All sessions must be pre-booked with the exception of our 8.30am breakfast club. This session must be paid for on the day if not already pre-booked.

Booking forms can be returned to the box in the main entrance, handed to a member of the Holly Berries during club hours or returned to us via the Holly Berries email.
Please do not send forms to the school office email address.
After the bell has gone the KS2 children are sent off to their classrooms. The KS1 children are taken to the KS1 doors and sent through to their classrooms. Nursery and Reception children are taken into their areas by the Holly Berries Staff.
After School Routine
KS1 children are reminded if they go to Holly Berries to line up at the door that leads to the hall and when the bell goes to walk into the hall. They then wait on a bench for registration. KS2 children make their own way to the hall and wait on a bench for registration. Nursery and Reception Children are collected from their areas by the Holly Berries staff and taken into the hall for registration.
If your child is absent from school, you must inform the school office staff that they were due to attend Holly Berries when you report the absence so the registers are up to date.
Any child who is booked in but not there for registration, the following procedure is carried out.
A member of the Holly Berries staff goes to see if they have been delayed.
If we can not find the child the School Office or Holly Berries staff contact parents to see if they have collected the child. Please note that persistent failure to inform us of an absent child may result in your place at the club being lost.
