Lads got the chance to compete against Lichfield schools
in their annual cross-country competition. It did clash with school
Halloween party hence few participants.
The boys A team in action. They finished
4th in the competition.
The boys B team came joint 8thin the competition.
The girl’s team came 3rd on the night
but did not concede any goals.
Ava and her partner were pairs winners at the
British Championships.
Ava came 2nd in fast solo out of lots of dancers. She also placed
1st in slow solo, again out of lots of dancers and they also
won rock and roll pairs.
She has now won enough times in slow to move out of
beginners and is now a 'Starter', which means she can
now wear sparkles in slow. Her aim is to be a champ
one day :-)
Well done to the winners of the monthly Reading Raffle! Every time a child read x3 in one week, they receive a raffle ticket if they read x5 in one week they get 2 tickets to go in the box! Every month we have a draw and children from year 5/6, year 3/4, year 2, year 1, reception and nursery are drawn. Each area have different coloured tickets!
Well done one to every one in the draw, the box was full! Good luck for next month.
