About us

Our Breakfast and After School Club is open to all Holly Grove pupils from Nursery to Year 6. 

Our qualified, experienced, friendly staff aim to provide children with a "home from home" environment with a focus very much on "development through play". 

Our Breakfast Club opens at 7.30am and includes a healthy breakfast buffet for children to enjoy. Breakfast club offers children the chance to play with friends before the school day, to take part in craft activities, play games and enjoy a huge selection of books, toys and tech equipment such as iPads and Chrome Books.

Breakfast is served until 8.35am and children are escorted to their classrooms by the Holly Berries team at the start of the school day.

Our After School Club is open until 5.55pm daily. Children arrive straight from their classrooms and are offered a delicious, hearty snack to prepare them for an afternoon of fun and games with their friends. Each month we have a different theme of crafts, activities and games as well as embracing any opportunity for party games and outdoor fun and sports. Children ALWAYS have free choice to take part in the structured activities or to enjoy our brilliant selection of toys, games and technology. 

Holly Berries is based in the school hall and children must be dropped off and picked up by an adult at the main hall doors adjacent to the staff carpark.

Booking

Please download the relevant booking form from the list above.

All sessions must be pre-booked with the exception of our 8.30am breakfast club. This session must be paid for on the day if not already pre-booked.

All booking enquiries must go direct to school office  office@hollygrove.staffs.sch.uk

Booking forms can be returned to the box in the main entrance, handed to a member of the Holly Berries team during club hours or returned to via email.

Cancellation

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds in the event of cancellation under any circumstances.

If your child is absent from school, please inform the school office if they were due to attend Holly Berries, or, inform the Holly Berries team directly.

Please note that persistent failure to inform us of an absent child may result in your place at the club being lost.
