Year 6 trip to London - visit to Parliament

What an amazing visit we had! We went on the fast train to Euston and then had the fun of rush hour on the tube! Off we went to Parliament to be met by our MP Dave Robinson! He gave us a great tour of the House of Commons and answered loads of questions! Thank you Dave. 

Then we walked to the Golden Hinde which was very interesting! We had a lovely walk along the Southbank looking at the river Thames and the all the building we could spot. We even spotted and watched a street performer doing magic! We had a rest on the park which was brilliant. Off to the London Eye to see the spectacular London skyline! Back on the tube to Euston to wait for our train back. We had a super trip and fitted in loads. The children were amazing and we were complimented everywhere we went about how well behaved they were. Well done Year 6! Very proud of you all.
