Whole School Panto Visit - Tamworth

We are delighted to let you know that we have arranged a whole-school trip for children in Reception to Year 6 to the Assembly Rooms in Tamworth to see the pantomime Dick Whittington on Wednesday 6 January 2027.

As this visit is not part of the National Curriculum, attendance is voluntary. If you feel unable to support your child's participation, we will ensure that appropriate arrangements are made for them to remain in school.

The total cost of the visit, including theatre tickets, coach travel and insurance, is £20.00 per child. However, the school has chosen to subsidise the trip by paying for the coaches reducing the cost to £15.00 per child, which we hope you will agree represents excellent value.

Payment will be available via ParentPay and must be made by 31 December 2026. By making payment through ParentPay, you will also be providing consent for your child to attend the trip.

Due to the timing of the performance, children will need to bring a healthy packed lunch, which will be eaten at the theatre. Children who are entitled to Universal Infant Free School Meals or Free School Meals will be provided with a packed lunch by the school kitchen.

The coach will depart from school at 10.00 am, and we expect to return with plenty of time for the normal end-of-day collection arrangements.
